Orland Luminary Ceremony: Brighten up Orland’s shortest days with a little candle and community cheer on Saturday December 20th. Put a luminary in your yard, in front of your house, or help others place luminaries throughout the Village and along Castine Road starting at 2:15pm on Saturday December 20th at the Old Fire Station located at 91 School House Road Orland. Dress warmly, wear bright visible clothing and bring seasonal/solstice cheer. Snacks afterwards at a location to be determined. The Maine Connectivity Authority has launched TechHelpforME.org, a free online directory that helps users find essential local resources. These include public Wi‑Fi, public computers, free or low-cost devices, digital skills classes, tech support, financial assistance, and more.

TechHelpforME.org is designed to bridge the digital divide and ensure that all Maine residents have access to the tools they need to thrive.
