The Town of Orland is offering for sale by sealed bid 91 School House Road Orland Maine 04472. This is the location of the previous Fire Station. The Fire Station can be available for viewing by contacting the Orland Town Office at 207-469-3186 to schedule a viewing time. The property card and any other information can also be provided by the Orland Town Office during regular business hours which are Tuesday-Friday 8-12 and 1-5. Being offered as is where is with no warranty written or implied will be sold with a quitclaim deed no covenants. Please note the 2 car garage is not included in the sale and will be moved off site before purchase completion. Bids should be sealed and addressed to: Town of Orland, 25 School House Road, Orland, ME 04472 and marked “Fire Station Bid” on the envelope. Minimum bid is $300,000.00.
