TOWN OF ORLAND
PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The Town of Orland will hold a Public Hearing on April 30, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Orland Community Center, 21 School House Road, Orland, Maine 04472, to consider the following:

  1. The proposed Fiscal Year 2026/2027 municipal budget.
  2. Amendments to the Town of Orland fee schedule, including minor and major subdivision application fees.
  3. A proposed ordinance regulating automobile graveyards, recycling businesses, and junkyards; and
  4. A proposal to change the position of Assessor from an elected to an appointed position.

All interested people are invited to attend and will be given an opportunity to be heard.
