Rentals

Each rental requires a security deposit.  The deposit secures the date in our calendar and is refundable after the event, as long as the rental space is left the way that it was found, free of any damages or excessive filith.  Both rental spaces have private restrooms and air conditioning.  Tables, chairs and trash recepticals are provided as well.  

A General Liability Insurance will need to be purchased for each event.  This can be purchased online through our insurance company and this typically runs approximately $75 per day/rental.  This information will be emailed to you the week of the event, to be purchased directly online. 

• Gymnasium: Accommodates up to 290 people for large events.
  • $75 deposit
  • $175 for half day (~ 4 hours)
  • $300 for full day (~ 8 hours)

• Conference Room: Accommodates up to 60 people; includes a kitchenette area and private restroom.
  • $50 deposit
  • $75 per day/event 

• Licensed Commercial Kitchen: Available for daily or weekly rent; dry storage, walk-in freezer, and cooler spaces available.  Reach out to the Director for more details at [email protected]

Leasing Business Space

The Community Center has rooms to lease for office space, retail or services on a long term or short term basis. Competitive rates. A one year lease is required.  Contact the Director at 207-469-7691 or [email protected] for more info.
