Orland Luminary Ceremony: Brighten up Orland’s shortest days with a little candle and community cheer on Saturday December 20th. Put a luminary in your yard, in front of your house, or help others place luminaries throughout the Village and along Castine Road starting at 2:15pm on Saturday December 20th at the Old Fire Station located at 91 School House Road Orland. Dress warmly, wear bright visible clothing and bring seasonal/solstice cheer. Snacks afterwards at a location to be determined. The Town of Orland will hold voting for the State Primary, Municipal Town Officers, and the RSU #25 Budget Referendum, on Tuesday, June 11, 2024, from 8:00am-8:00pm. The Orland Town Meeting will be held Wednesday, June 12, 2024 at 7:00pm. Voting and the Town Meeting will be held at the Orland Community Center, 21 School House Rd, Orland, ME 04472.
