Orland Village Fishway and Dam Feasibility Study

The study steering committee is excited to announce a public informational meeting on proposed alternatives for fishway and dam restoration on Tuesday November 17, 2026, from 6:30-8:00 pm in the conference room of the Orland Community Center, across from the office. A remote option will be available.

We look forward to your input as we progress toward a final design option. The Select Board will decide about a final design option at its meetings on Thursday, Nov. 19 and Dec. 3, 5:30 PM.

Updated information on alternatives being considered can be found on the Town website under Government/Narramissic-Orland Watershed/Orland Village Dam. Cost estimates will be added in early November.
