Volunteers Sought for the Orland Planning Board

 

The Planning Board has an opening for at l east one member, and expects another seat to open in 2027. The term is five years, and the Select Board makes the appointment. This year the Board is reviewing Orland’s subdivision and site plan ordinances, which state housing law requires the Town to update before the 2027 town meeting. No planning experience is needed. Anyone who knows building, land, roads, or septic will find the work familiar. Training is provided. If interested please contact the Town Office at 207-469-3186 or send an email to [email protected].
