Orland River Days

Orland Luminary Ceremony: Brighten up Orland’s shortest days with a little candle and community cheer on Saturday December 20th. Put a luminary in your yard, in front of your house, or help others place luminaries throughout the Village and along Castine Road starting at 2:15pm on Saturday December 20th at the Old Fire Station located at 91 School House Road Orland. Dress warmly, wear bright visible clothing and bring seasonal/solstice cheer. Snacks afterwards at a location to be determined. Saturday, September 12th, 2026 is Orland River Day!

Orland River Day is a town celebration held each year (rain or shine) - complete with a parade, food, crafts, and many other activities. This year we are celebrating our 49th Orland River Day!
