RE:            Door knockers about fiber optic broadband

We have confirmed with Fidium Fiber and the company does NOT have representatives in Orland knocking on doors about fiber optic broadband. Should someone knock on your door claiming to be a Fidium Fiber representative or contracted service with Fidium Fiber, it is not true. We would appreciate any information you can give us if this happens as we are now tracking this issue.. Please report by calling the town office at 469-3186 or emailing the Orland Broadband Committee at [email protected]

The Fidium Fiber fiber optic broadband project in Orland is due to start in April. To ensure that installation at your residence will be faster and more efficient, please pre-register your physical address online at https://www.fidiumfiber.com; then click on the ‘AVAILABILITY’ button in top right corner, and type in your physical address. If your address is not shown, please call Fidium Fiber at 866-925-0574

Thank you.
