The Board of Selectmen is searching for a volunteer to serve as an Orland representative to the Hancock County Planning Commission (HCPC).   HCPC guides and supports land use, planning, and development within Hancock County, Maine. They work with local towns and municipalities to ensure that development is sustainable, adheres to local and state regulations, and meets the needs of the community.  Attached is a description of the responsibilities of serving as a Commissioner.
